Detienen en España 14 personas por explotación sexual de mujeres brasileñas. La Policía Nacional ha desarticulado una organización dedicada a la explotación sexual en clubs de alterne de la provincia de Pontevedra, en Galicia.
La red contaba con colaboradores en Brasil que facilitaban documentos falsos para que las mujeres viajaran a España.
Aprovechaban la vulnerabilidad de las víctimas, mujeres con cargas familiares y necesidades económicas que contraían una deuda con ellos de hasta 2.000 euros por su traslado a España. Esta cantidad aumentaba si se negaban a mantener relaciones sexuales con uno de los principales responsables de la organización, que «probaba» a las mujeres «para ver si servían», según el comunicado policial.
Tres víctimas han sido liberadas.
Los detenidos son investigados por los delitos de pertenencia a organización criminal, trata de seres humanos con fines de explotación sexual, favorecer la inmigración ilegal, prostitución y blanqueo de capitales.
