República Dominicana. – La Dirección General de Seguridad de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre (DIGESETT) informó este lunes que destituyó al teniente coronel Eliseo de la Rosa Soto, comandante del departamento de la provincia Elías Piña, “por permitir y participar” en una carrera de autos clandestina en esa zona del país.
Mediante un memorándum con fecha de este 17 de octubre, firmado por el director del órgano regulador del transito en el país, general de brigada Ramón A. Guzmán Peralta, se remite al oficial a la Policía Nacional para que disponga de sus funciones.
