El Departamento de Policía de la ciudad china de Changsha ha detenido y ha puesto en prisión preventiva este domingo a nueve personas en relación con el derrumbe de un edificio de seis pisos que se vino abajo este viernes en el distrito de Wangcheng de la urbe, comunicó la uniformada.
Entre los detenidos figuran el propietario del edificio y el jefe del diseño y la construcción, así como dos responsables de las obras. Otras cinco personas han sido detenidas bajo la sospecha de que emitieron certificados de seguridad falsos, según detalló la Policía local.
De momento, los equipos de rescate han logrado sacar a seis personas atrapadas bajo los restos del edificio, según medios locales. Al menos 17 personas siguen bajo los escombros, mientras que 39 más se consideran desaparecidas.
