El grupo fundamentalista islámico Boko Haram asesino este lunes a 20 mujeres, acusadas de brujería, en el noroeste de Nigeria.
Según familiares de las víctimas, citados por AFP, unas 40 mujeres, sospechosas de practicar brujería, tras la muerte súbita de los hijos de un comandante del grupo yihadista, fueron retenidas y recluidas en febrero del 2019 en una aldea del estado de Borno.

«[El líder yihadista Ali Guyile] dijo que investigaría nuestra participación en la muerte de sus hijos y que daría el castigo apropiado si nos declaraban culpables», relató una de las mujeres que logró escapar.
