Este jueves, el Senado de México aprobó, una reforma a la Ley de Hidrocarburos, que ya había sido avalada previamente por la Cámara de Diputados, para fortalecer la participación de Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) en el sector energético nacional.
El Senado mexicano aprobó modificaciones al artículo décimo tercero transitorio de dicha ley, para dejar sin efecto la facultad que tiene la Comisión Reguladora de Energía (CRE) de limitar la participación de Pemex en el sector de hidrocarburos, petrolíferos y petroquímicos.
