El exalcalde bogotano Samuel Moreno Rojas, condenado por corrupción, murió este viernes en el Hospital Militar de la capital de Colombia, un día antes de cumplir 63 años. Según el reporte médico, sufrió un infarto agudo.
Moreno fue llevado al centro de emergencias por miembros de la Policía Nacional ya «sin signos vitales», tras desmayarse este jueves en la Escuela de Carabineros de ese cuerpo policial, donde cumplía su condena.
