República Dominicana.- Familiares del fallecido comunicador Manuel Taveras Ducan pidieron este miércoles juicio de fondo contra el vicealmirante Félix Alburquerque Comprés por la muerte de su pariente, ocurrida en agosto del año pasado.
José Fernando Pérez Vólquez, abogado de la familia de la víctima, entrevistado previo al inicio del juicio preliminar que se le conoce este miércoles a Alburquerque Comprés, dijo que se trató de un hecho innecesario que bien pudo ser evitado.
“Pedimos que la juez haga justicia, se trató de un hecho innecesario por parte del contraalmirante Alburquerque, una persona que se formó en la escuela militar que se supone que debe tener control de sus emociones”, manifestó Pérez Vólquez.
Precisó que se trató de un hecho en donde Alburquerque Comprés le entró a tiros a Duncan, sin ningún tipo de control de sus emociones, dejando una madre destrozada, una familia destruida y tres hijos huérfanos, hecho que a su entender tiene consecuencias.
