República Dominicana.- La Oficina Judicial de Servicios de Atención Permanente de Higuey dictó este lunes 12 meses de prisión preventiva como medida de coerción al profesor John Kelly Martínez, por la muerte de la joven estudiantes Esmeralda Richiez.
Según lo dispuesto en la audiencia, el profesor deberá cumplir la medida preliminar en el Centro de Corrección y Rehabilitación CCR-14 de Anamuya, en la provincia La Altagracia.
