La Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) solicitó a un juez federal sentenciar a 39 años de prisión al exdirector de Pemex, Emilio Lozoya, por su participación en caso Odebrecht y por el cual recibió sobornos por parte de la constructora brasileña.
La Fiscalía pidió al juez de control imponer una pena de 15 años de prisión por el delito de lavado de dinero, 14 años por el delito de cohecho y otros 10 por asociación delictuosa, de acuerdo al medio Reforma.
Asimismo, la FGR solicitó que a Lozoya se le fuera impuesta una multa y el decomiso de una mansión en Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo, con un valor de 1,9 millones de dólares.
Según el diario, la Fiscalía mexicana pidió también que el extitular de Petróleos Mexicanos pague 7,3 millones de dólares por concepto de reparación del daño hecho a las arcas públicas.
Lozoya se encuentra en prisión preventiva desde el pasado 3 de noviembre. El exfuncionario durante el Gobierno de Enrique Peña Nieto es acusado de cohecho y operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita.
