El ministro del Interior frances, Gérald Darmanin, anunció este sábado que 874 coches fueron incendiados en Francia la noche de Año Nuevo.
Darmanin, además indicó que hubo una disminución del nivel de delincuencia en el país, apuntando que durante la noche de celebraciones de 2019 fueron prendidos en fuego 1.316 vehículos.

Al mismo tiempo, el número de personas arrestadas durante la noche aumentó: 376 en 2019 en comparación con 441 este año.
