República Dominicana. – La Dirección General de Seguridad de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre( Digesett) negó esta mañana el tránsito por la calle Rosa Duarte, ya que hay un socavón de más de 10 pies de profundidad y unos dos metros de diámetro.
Es un hueco creado en el tramo comprendido entre la avenida Bolívar y la calle Caonabo del sector Gascue.
La Digesett estableció conos en la “Bolívar con Rosa Duarte” para desviar el tránsito, mientras que en los alrededores del socavón fueron instalados tanques con cintas de precaución, ya que cualquier peso podría hacer colapsar el tramo afectado.
Preciso al hueco que se ha formado y a la ausencia de tierra, pudiera tratarse de una corriente de agua que haya arrastrado todo el material compacto y que ha dejado el vacío.
Hasta el momento se desconoce la causa del peligroso socavón, que apenas tiene limitada una delgada capa de arcilla que sostiene el pavimento.
