Luego de los inconveniente durante un vuelo a Puerto Rico el pasado sábado el presidente de la Cámara de Diputados, Alfredo Pacheco, denunció el maltrato por parte de la aerolínea JetBlue a sus usuarios en el país y dijo que solicitará al Poder Ejecutivo cancelar su licencia para operar en el país.
Durante su turno en la sesión de este lunes, la máxima autoridad en la Cámara Baja detalló parte de las vicisitudes que sufrieron los pasajeros que iban a bordo del vuelo que salió desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Las Américas.
Manifestó que el volaría en este viaje por su participación en el Foro de Presidentes de Poderes Legislativos de Centroamérica, la Cuenca del Caribe y México (FOPREL) a las 5:00 P.M. y que la hora de salida del mismo estaba programado para las 2:00 P.M, sin embargo, previo a la salida la aerolínea había cambiado la puerta de salida en cinco oportunidades.
Tambien resaltó que una gran cantidad de dominicanos estaban pasando por la misma situación de abuso por la línea aérea de que los vuelos habían sido cancelados sin ninguna explicación.
