Los miembros del Cuerpo de Bomberos del Distrito Nacional y agentes de la Dirección Nacional General de Seguridad Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre(Digesettrd) , lograron negociar y bajar al joven David, que vivía en el reloj del boulevard de la avenidas 27 de Febrero del Distrito Nacional.
Los bomberos duraron aproximadamente tres horas para lograr que el joven a abandonara el lugar que en los últimos meses ha usado para vivir.
