La Dirección General de Seguridad y Tránsito Terrestre (Digesett) destituyó este lunes de su cargo a la encargada del Centro de Retención Vehicular (canódromo), coronela Ysabelita de los Santos Pérez (PN).
La destitucion ocurre horas después de que el Defensor del Pueblo, Pablo Ulloa, fuera agredido junto a periodistas en el lugar.
