Agentes de la Dirección General de Seguridad de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre (Digesett) ubicaron y retuvieron al “medio carro” que se hizo viral en las redes sociales.
El propietario del vehículo fue localizado por el Departamento de Inteligencia vial de la DIGESETT, luego que este, a pesar de ser una chatarra (un medio carro), apareciera circulando con dos mujeres encima.
El hombre fue fiscalizado por violación al artículo 170 de la Ley de Tránsito, que penaliza a los conductores de vehículos que circulan sin condiciones de seguridad.
El medio carro fue llevado al Centro de Retención Vehicular El Coco, ubicado en la Avenida Monumental casi esquina República de Colombia.
