Otro de los investigados por el Ministerio Público en el caso “Antipulpo” devolvió 4 millones de pesos a las autoridades, cantidad que admitió recibió como soborno.
Wilfredo Arturo González Castillo depositó una instancia titulada “devolución de manera voluntaria de valores recibidos fraudulentamente”, dirigida a la magistrada Yeni Berenice Reynoso, con copia al titular de la Procuraduría Especializada de Persecución de la Corrupción Administrativa (Pepca), Wilson Camacho, según reseñan este sábado medios de prensa.
Con esta devolución sumarían 29 millones de pesos los entregados «voluntariamente» por señalados como participantes en el caso Antipulpo, en el cual las autoridades acusan principalmente a Alexis Medina Sánchez, un hermano del expresidente de la República, Danilo Medina, de desfalco al Estado por más de 5,000 millones de pesos del 2012 al 2020.
