Dianabel Gómez fue sacada de la cárcel del Palacio de Justicia Federico C. Alvarez de Santiago a bordo de un carro Kia, negro.
La comunicadora dijo sentirse feliz de recuperar su libertad. Asimismo, negó el rumor que circula en las redes sociales de que esté embarazada.
Enrique Santelices, uno de los representantes legales de Gómez, informó que su cliente queda a disposición de las autoridades en caso que así lo requieran en algún momento.
El jurista dijo que su defendida es vinculada al caso de la Operación Falcón por su actual compañero sentimental. Asimismo, Informó que Dianabel Gómez desconocía cuáles eran las actividades comerciales de su compañero, de quien dijo desconoce su nombre y si se encuentra detenido.
Por el caso, el Ministerio Público solicitó al juez de Atención Permanente de Santiago la declaratoria del caso como complejo y la imposición de 18 de prisión preventiva como medida de coerción contra 21 de los 27 arrestados.
