El Tercer Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional condenó este jueves a la pena máxima a Willy Antonio Javier, Pedro Alexander Sosa Méndez (Alex) y Joan José Féliz (Pinol), encontrados culpables del ataque con “ácido del diablo” contra la joven Yocairi Amarante.
Las juezas Arlín Ventura, Leticia Martínez y Milagros Ramírez a acogieron la solicitud del Ministerio Público y dispusieron que la expareja de Yocairi, Willy Antonio Javier, junto a los otros dos procesados cumplan la pena de 30 años en la cárcel del 15 de Azua.
