Según informa la agencia Yonhap, citando datos de la consultora estadounidense Strategy Analytics, el gigante tecnológico surcoreano Samsung ha logrado recuperar la primera posición en las ventas mundiales de teléfonos inteligentes en febrero de 2021.
El mes pasado Samsung vendió 24 millones de teléfonos inteligentes, lo que representa el 23,1 % de la participación de mercado global gracias al lanzamiento anticipado de sus dispositivos de la serie Galaxy S21. Esas cifras permitieron a la compañía surcoreana superar a su competencia, Apple, que logró el primer puesto en el cuarto trimestre de 2020 gracias a las ventas de sus iPhone 12.
La empresa logró vender 23 millones de teléfonos inteligentes, quedándose con una participación de mercado del 22,2 %. Atrás y con un amplio margen les siguen tres fabricantes chinos: Xiaomi (11,5 %), Vivo (10,6 %) y Oppo con una participación de mercado del 8,5 %.
