Un sismo de magnitud 6,1 se ha registrado este lunes 31 de mayo a unos 76 kilómetros al norte de la localidad de Chickaloon, en el estado estadounidense de Alaska, según informa el Servicio Geológico de EE.UU. (USGS, por sus siglas en inglés).
El foco del movimiento telúrico se ha ubicado a una profundidad de 58,2 kilómetros. Pocos minutos después se registraron varias réplicas en la misma región, de menor intensidad, de acuerdo con el USGS.
