La Procuraduría General de la República arrestó este sábado al suspendido administrador de la Lotería Nacional, Luis Maisichell Dicent, y otras nueve personas en un operativo llamado “Operación 13”, en alusión al fraude instrumentado en esa institución.
Los otros arrestados este sábado son: William Lisandro Rosario Ortiz, Valentina Rosario Cruz, Jonathan Brea, Carlos Berigüete, Miguel Mejía,Felipe Santiago Toribio, Rafael Mesa, Eladio Batista Valerio y Edison Perdomo Peralta.
La información fue publicada la noche de este sábado por la Procuraduría General en su cuenta de Twitter.
