Las personas que ocuparán las 39 subsecretarías en el Gobierno de Gabriel Boric, 20 de ellos son hombres y 19, mujeres, manteniendo la lógica de paridad que primó en el nombramiento de sus ministros, fueron anunciadas este martes por el presidente electo.
El anuncio estaba programado originalmente para la semana pasada, pero trascendió que los partidos de izquierda no quedaron del todo conformes con su presencia en el gabinete ministerial y habían pedido más cupos en las subsecretarías, lo que obligó a Boric a reordenar los naipes.
De los 39 subsecretarios anunciados, 16 son militantes de la coalición de izquierda Frente Amplio, seis son del Partido Comunista (izquierda), tres del Partido Socialista (centroizquierda), dos del Partido por la Democracia (centroizquierda) y el resto es independiente, sin militancia.
Las tres subsecretarías de Interior, consideradas dentro de las más relevantes debido a la exposición pública del cargo, serán ocupadas por: Miguel Crispi, del Frente Amplio en la subsecretaría de Desarrollo Regional; Eduardo Vergara del Partido por la Democracia en la subsecretaría de Prevención del Delito, y Manuel Monsalve del Partido Socialista en la subsecretaría de Interior.
Boric ganó la elección presidencial del 19 de diciembre pasado con un 55% de los votos frente al candidato del Partido Republicano (ultraderecha), José Antonio Kast, que obtuvo un 44%, y asumirá el cargo el 11 de marzo.
