Este viernes el subsecretario de Derechos Humanos de México, Alejandro Encinas, exigió a la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) investigar la filtración del informe de la investigación sobre el caso Ayotzinapa, en el que se revela la forma en la que fueron asesinados los 43 normalistas, al considerar que se fomenta la impunidad.
En una nota publicada en varios diarios de circulación nacional, firmada por la periodista Peniley Ramírez, se revelan detalles específicos sobre la desaparición, el asesinato y el ocultamiento de los cuerpos de las víctimas, que habían sido censurados por las autoridades en la versión pública del documento.
Ante esta situación, el funcionario pidió a las autoridades de la FGR abrir una carpeta de investigación para identificar y tomar acciones penales contra quien resulte responsable de filtrar el informe sin censura. Según señaló, el hecho de que se hagan públicos los detalles de las pesquisas fomenta la impunidad.
Del mismo modo, distintas organizaciones defensoras de los derechos humanos han criticado la publicación de los detalles del informe, asegurando que este «acto de irresponsabilidad» revictimiza a los estudiantes al exponer los cruentos detalles sobre su asesinato y desaparición, ordenada por el Estado.
