Este martes un grupo de migrantes fueron atacados por un hombre armado mientras tomaban agua en el condado de Hudspeth, frontera con México.
El agresor fue arrestado en Texas luego de matar a un señor y herir a una mujer en el estómago.
El Departamento de Seguridad Pública de Texas asegura que la mujer fue llevada a un hospital localizado en «El Paso», donde se ha estado recuperando desde entonces.
Según los documentos judiciales, el grupo se ocultó para evitar ser detectado cuando una camioneta cruzó en zonas aledañas.
La camioneta retrocedió y los migrantes pudieron notar que dos hombres la conformaban.
Las autoridades correspondientes hallaron la camioneta utilizando videos de seguridad, hasta acertar el vehículo que coincidía con la descripción proporcionada por las víctimas.
