A petición de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) de México, un juez en México emitió 83 órdenes de aprehensión contra mandos militares y personal de tropa, autoridades de distintos niveles en el estado mexicano de Guerrero, policías y presuntos criminales, por delincuencia organizada, desaparición forzada, tortura, homicidio y delitos contra la administración de justicia relacionados con el caso Ayotzinapa, anunció el organismo.
Las órdenes de aprehensión se dan un día después de que la Comisión de la Verdad a cargo presentara su más reciente informe, en el que señala que la desaparición de los normalistas fue un «crimen de Estado», en cuya atención también ocurrieron errores institucionales por acción, omisión o negligencia.
