Dina Boluarte, presidenta de Perú, indicó este jueves que su renuncia «no está en juego» y que no cederá al chantaje de quienes exigen su salida de la Presidencia.
«Mi renuncia no está en juego de esa situación. Yo sé que hay un sector mínimo de la población, de estos grupos que están generando la violencia y el caos en el país, que a manera de chantaje están poniendo la renuncia de la presidenta Boluarte y nosotros no vamos a ceder a ese chantaje político, anárquico, que quiere llevar al país al desorden ,a la crisis», señaló.
En declaraciones a la prensa desde la Refinería Talara, ubicada en Piura, Boluarte también subrayó que está en manos del Congreso decidir sobre el adelanto de elecciones para este 2023, otra de las peticiones de los manifestantes.
«Nosotros vamos a esperar lo que ellos decidan. Está en manos de ellos decidir el adelanto de elecciones», afirmó y reiteró que no renunciaría de no aceptarse el pedido de adelantar esos comicios.
