República Dominicana. – Manolo Pichardo, expresidente del Parlamento Centroamericano (Parlacen) y de la Conferencia Permanente de Partidos Políticos de América Latķina y el Caribe (Copppal), puso en circulación el libro “El desplazamiento del poder global: hacia un nuevo orden”, este miércoles 1 de febrero de 2023, en la Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (Funglode).
El auditorio de la fundación fue el escenario de presentación de la obra, que consta de 20 capítulos, y en la que el autor examina la situación internacional actual y los procesos de cambio que se desarrollan en el concierto mundial.
Con la presencia del expresidente de la República Dominicana y presidente de la Fuerza del Pueblo y Funglode, doctor Leonel Fernández, la actividad reunió a decenas de profesionales y dirigentes de la Fuerza del Pueblo, diplomáticos, legisladores y personalidades.
Pichardo, periodista y dirigente político, se dio a conocer en su rol de comunicador y productor de espacios televisivos y de radio. También ha compartido durante décadas sus reflexiones en medios de comunicación dominicanos.
“El desplazamiento del poder global: hacia un nuevo orden” consta de 20 capítulos. Entre estos se cuentan: “Estados Unidos y la pérdida de autoridad política y moral”, “George Kiichi , los apuros de “hegemón”, “La OTAN y la peligrosa reacción de una potencia en desplazamiento”, “¿Se agota el tiempo para Estados Unidos reaccionar?, “El liderazgo y los sacrificios en el cambio climático”, “El reordenamiento y la crisis”, “El signo de la innovación en el cambio de poder”.
También, “Davos no es Davos, China es el Eje”, “China en la nueva visión de la exploración espacial”, “Amazon Alibaba y la Ruta de la Seda Digital”, “Los retos de Biden frente al empuje de Xi”, “El desembarco cultural”, “El debate existencial sobre una potencia”, “¿Hechos de 1979, gérmenes para la reconfiguración global?, “El dólar frente al cambio del poder”, “El conflicto ruso-ucraniano como efecto de la recomposición global”.
