El diputado Miguel Gutiérrez Díaz, quien fue arrestado este martes cuando llegaba en un vuelo comercial desde República Dominicana a la terminal de Miami, Estados Unidos, acusado de narcotráfico, es un reconocido empresario del área inmobiliaria en la ciudad de Santiago.
De Gutiérrez Díaz se conoce que es propietario de las empresas Constructora Gutiérrez Díaz SRL, Inmobiliaria La Hacienda, Migudi Inversiones SRL y de MAGD Corp.

Las oficinas de dichas compañías están ubicadas en el segundo nivel de la plaza Haché de Santiago.
