El ministro de educación de la República Dominicana, Roberto Fulcar sigue insistiendo en la contratación de educadores sin pasar por concursos, para ocupar las plazas vacantes de los centros educativos del país.
Estas plazas según afirma fulcar son ocupadas de manera provisional, hasta que concluya el proceso del concurso de oposición docente.

Según fulcar se tienen plazas docentes que cubrir, “el ministerio de administración pública como rector del área, recomendó que provisionalmente se contraten profesores que están inscritos en el concurso”.
