El Ministerio de Salud Pública notificó en el boletín epidemiológico número 657 un aumento en los casos positivos al Covid-19 con 5,201 pacientes infectados, de las 19,188 muestras procesadas en todo el país en las últimas 24 horas.
De las pruebas, se hicieron 8,072 de ‘Reacción en Cadena de la Polimerasa (PCR) y 11,116 pruebas de antígeno.
En las últimas 24 horas en el Distrito Nacional resultaron positivos 1,433, en la provincia Santo Domingo 1,013, en Santiago 663, en Puerto Plata 262. En La Altagracia 109, en Valverde 125 y 193 en Duarte.
