El presidente dominicano, Luis Rodolfo Abinader, afirmó este lunes que la reforma policial va a buen ritmo y que se están analizando y elaborando propuestas recomendadas a todos los niveles.
Según Abinader, la transformación de la Policía es una de las tareas pendientes del gobierno, todo está bajo la lupa y todo deberá ser transparente.
El mandatario aseguró que se están analizando y elaborando recomendaciones a todos los niveles además de la evaluación de 345 procedimientos, manuales de protocolos, normas de actuación.
«Nada está al margen porque todo es importante», enfatizó el jefe de Estado en rueda de prensa en Palacio nacional.
El presidente dominicano expresó que el grupo de trabajo de la reforma policial consideró pertinente que el Ministerio de Interior y Policía le solicitara a la Cámara de Cuentas una auditoria de la Policía Nacional, relativa a la gestión y procedimientos de su control interno.
