El senador brasileño Marcos do Val (Podemos) denunció este jueves que el expresidente Jair Bolsonaro intentó coaccionarlo para dar un golpe de Estado, revelación que se suma a otras sobre intentos del exmandatario de romper el orden constitucional para impedir la juramentación de Luis Inázio Lula da Silva como jefe de Estado
Mediante una trasmisión en vivo con el exdiputado Arthur do Val y el legislador Renan Santos, Do Val expresó que el exmandatario de ultraderecha intentó aprovechar su experiencia militar y lo convocó a una reunión con él a través del exdiputado federal Daniel Silveira (Partido Laborista Brasileño).
Según sus declaraciones, en la reunión se presentó un plan de Bolsonaro. De acuerdo con este, Do Val debía acercarse al ministro del Tribunal Supremo Federal (STF) y presidente del Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE), Alexandre de Moraes, grabar alguna declaración del magistrado que permitiera comprometerlo y luego utilizar ese audio para fabricar un pretexto y arrestarlo.
A través de su perfil en la red social Instagram, Do Val anunció que, transcurridos cuatro años en su labor como senador, dejará definitivamente la política y abandonará el país.
