ESTADOS UNIDOS. Durante la Guerra Fría, Estados Unidos envió el satélite Observatorio Geofísico Orbital 1 (OGO 1), que estudió el entorno magnético de la Tierra y su interacción con el sol hasta el 1971, para quedarse gravitando en círculos sin función.
Ahora, 56 años después, la NASA ha anunciado que el satélite hará una entrada en la atmósfera durante este fin de semana, pero se desvanecerá antes de tocar la Tierra, por lo que no representa una amenaza.
