El fiscal general de Texas, Ken Paxton, comunicó que un tribunal de apelaciones federal de EE.UU. ha suspendido este sábado la orden del presidente, Joe Biden, sobre la vacunación obligatoria de los trabajadores de compañías con más de 100 empleados.
«Puesto que las peticiones dan una causa para creer que hay graves preocupaciones estatutarias y constitucionales con el mandato, se suspende el mandato a la espera de que este tribunal adopte nuevas medidas», reza la decisión judicial citada por Paxton.
