Wesley Brownlee fue culpado con siete cargos de asesinato y un intento de homicidio el pasado 19 de diciembre, sostiene un documento oficial del condado de San Joaquín, en California.
De acuerdo al oficio publicado este martes, Brownlee, un presunto asesino en serie, fue acusado de asesinar a Juan Alexander Vasquez y Mervin Harmon en abril de 2021 en Alameda, California. También, supuestamente, el mismo día en que asesinó a Harmor, intentó matar a Natasha Jeanne Latour, pero la mujer sobrevivió.
Las autoridades también lo acusan por el homicidio de 5 personas en el condado de San Joaquín, California, en 2022. Tras una larga búsqueda Brownlee fue arrestado el 15 de octubre pasado cuando conducía un vehículo por las calles de la ciudad estadounidense de Stockton.
Según la Policía, posiblemente buscara a otra víctima, dado que al momento del arresto llevaba una pistola semiautomática.
