EE.UU. pidió este jueves a los dominicanos que actualmente están cruzando la frontera con México para ingresar a territorio estadounidense, no poner su vida en peligro en manos de coyotes, informó en rueda de prensa el subsecretario Interino de Política Fronteriza e Inmigración en el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional, Blas Núñez-Neto.
Núñez-Neto conversó con periodistas de distintas partes del mundo sobre las nuevas medidas anunciadas por el Gobierno de Biden-Harris para aumentar la seguridad en la frontera y reducir el número de personas que cruzan ilegalmente a EE.UU.
Justamente este jueves, el presidente Biden anunció que permitirá la entrada cada mes de hasta 30,000 migrantes provenientes de Cuba, Haití, Nicaragua y Venezuela, pero que endurecería las restricciones para aquellos que intenten cruzar la frontera con México sin la documentación necesaria.
